Clinton Auto Auction is Central Illinois' premier public automobile auction. Clinton Auto Auction was established in November of 2003 by Lance & Susie Schmid and Greg & Cindy Morris. Clinton Auto Auction is central Illinois only exclusive open to the public auto auction. We pride ourselves with our exemplary customer service. In June of 2005 Lance and Susie Schmid acquired sole ownership of the Clinton Auto Auction from the Morris family and continue to provide the same exemplary service that has made Clinton Auto Auction the # 1 choice in the central Illinois area. Clinton Auto Auction is family owned and operated. Auctioneer Lance Schmid has over 25 years of experience in the auction profession with 20 years of experience in the automotive auction industry. He has twice placed in the top 8 of the World Auto Auction Competition. The office is managed by his wife Susie and on sale day you will see several members of Lance & Susie's immediate family working in and around the auction. Son Logan will be attending the World Wide College Of Auctioneering in June of 2006 and is eagerly anticipating his chance to sell his 'own' lane at the Clinton Auto Auction.  Daughter Abbey does a number of jobs in the office and always has a smile on her face!
